Infant and Toddler Enrollment Process
We are honored that you are considering our program for your child's earliest learning experiences. We understand how important it is to find a space where your child can thrive and you can rest easy knowing they will be safe, cared for, and respected. Explorers believes in honoring the spirit of each child and helping them to reach their full potential.​
If you are interested in enrolling your child in our infant or toddler program, here is an outline of our enrollment process.

Complete the “Enrollment Inquiry Form”

Our Director will contact you with detail about wait list availability and help you to determine if our program is a good fit for your family.

If a good fit has been determined, our director will provide you with a link to join our wait list.

Children are enrolled in the infant and toddler programs on a rolling basis as other children age out and spaces become available.

If a space becomes available and your child is offered enrollment, you will be responsible for submitting a $150, non-refundable, application fee to hold your child's spot until the available start date..


Preschool Enrollment Process
Explorers Early Childhood Education, Inc. is dedicated to providing equal and fair access to quality child care and early learning programs for all families. Every year, Explorers uses a lottery based system to enroll new students in our preschool program. Current and alumni families are guaranteed placement and do not need to participate in the lottery.
If you are interested in enrolling your child, here is an outline of our preschool enrollment process.

Our Director will contact you with details about our school and help you to determine if it is a good fit for your family. At this time, you will be notified of upcoming open house events and/or how to schedule a tour.

If a good fit has been determined, our director will provide you with a link to join our lottery / wait list.

For the 2026-2027 school year, students will be added to the lottery list on a continuous basis until 5:00 p.m. on February 15, 2026. On March 1, 2026 the lottery selection will take place and you will be notified of your child’s enrollment opportunity or placement on the wait list. A separate lottery is run for each age group.
