Infants

​The infant years are critical in building a foundation of trust and safety, which leads to confident exploration in the toddler years. Through sensory experiences and manipulation, children 6 weeks to 12 months will engage with nature and classroom materials while developing essential early language and motor skills. We believe in the power of play and discovery as the guiding elements that ensure every child thrives in their early years.

​Our Toddler program offers a nurturing and stimulating environment designed to foster early growth and curiosity in children ages one and three. By integrating Montessori principles of self-directed learning with a hands-on approach to exploring the world, toddlers engage in activities that encourage curiosity, independence, and problem-solving, all while developing fine and gross motor skills, language, and social-emotional growth. Using natural materials, open-ended resources, and sensory experiences, children explore their world through spontaneous play and creative expression.

Preschool

Explorers offers a unique early education experience by blending the principles of Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and S.T.E.A.M (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics), with civic engagement and outdoor education opportunities. This holistic approach emphasizes hands-on learning, creativity, critical thinking, and community involvement. The carefully prepared environment is designed to promote freedom of movement and choice, empowering young learners to engage in purposeful activities that build confidence and a love for learning. Through outdoor experiences and opportunities to explore the arts, students can learn to investigate the natural world and express themselves creatively.
